• If you use the website on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
• We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.

• Use the service only on files you own or are clearly authorized to process.
• Do not use the website for illegal, harmful, privacy-violating, or intellectual-property-violating purposes.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or files intended to disrupt the service or test vulnerabilities without permission.
• Do not use automated tools or bots to send large volumes of requests that affect service performance.
• Do not resell the service or present it as your own service without written permission from BayanPDF.

• You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload, including personal data, confidential information, or third-party rights.
• BayanPDF does not claim ownership of your files; files and their rights remain yours or their original owners’.
• You grant us a limited and temporary permission to process files only to perform the action you requested.
• Guest files and temporary results are automatically deleted within two hours of processing, and results can be deleted immediately when delete-now is available.
• Always keep an original copy before using any tool, because download links are temporary and we cannot guarantee file recovery after deletion.

• Use Unlock PDF or restriction removal only for files you own or are explicitly authorized to open or modify.
• We do not attempt to break passwords or bypass unauthorized access rights.
• Password protection or permission settings depend on the available engine and what the file supports.
• A visible signature inside a PDF is not a certificate-backed digital signature unless explicitly stated inside the tool.

• We try to provide fast and clear tools, but results depend on the original file quality, the operation type, and the engine used.
• Quality, layout, file size, or element order may change in some compression, conversion, or repair operations.
