• For guests, uploaded files and temporary results are automatically deleted within two hours of processing, and can be deleted immediately from the result page when delete-now is available.
• Temporary download links are signed and time-limited so results do not remain available indefinitely.
• Retention for accounts or team plans may vary based on user or organization settings and remains manageable from the account.
• User files are not exposed in routine support, and we do not ask you to send sensitive files except through a secure channel with clear approval.

• We may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, language, visit time, tool name, and job success or failure state.
• We use this data to operate the service, fix errors, improve performance, prevent abuse, and protect file uploads from harmful use.
• When you create an account, we store necessary data such as name, email, sessions, plan, and job history to operate your account safely.
• If you contact us, we use your name, email, and message content to respond to your request or support case.

• We use necessary cookies for session, security, language, and theme, and these do not require consent because they are required for the service.
• Analytics, advertising, or remarketing do not run before clear consent through cookie settings.
