Upload and processing protection
  • We validate file type and content, not only file extension.
  • Uploaded files pass through an updated ClamAV scan before processing, and the request fails safely if the scanner is unavailable.
  • Heavy jobs run with time, memory, and size limits to protect the service.
  • For URL to PDF, localhost, private networks, and metadata services are blocked when the tool is available.
Account and integration protection
  • Sign-in is protected from repeated attempts with rate limiting.
  • API keys are hashed and are not shown again after creation.
  • Webhook signatures should be verified before taking action in your system.
Important limits
  • Unlock PDF is allowed only when the user has the password or authorization.
  • Visible signing is not certificate-backed digital signing unless explicitly enabled.
  • We do not claim compliance certifications we have not officially obtained.

How long do my files stay available?

Guest files and temporary results are deleted automatically within two hours of processing, and the result can be deleted immediately when delete-now is available.

Can I delete the result immediately?

Yes, after a job completes, delete-now is available when the result is ready.

Do you inspect document content?

We do not use document content for training or advertising, and we do not store it in operational logs.

Do you use external providers?

Some advanced features may require an external provider later, and this should be made clear before content is sent outside the platform.
